Lizbeth Yareli Salazar Vazquez (born December 8, 1996 in Culiacán ) is a Mexican cyclist who competes in races on track and road .

Athletic career

Lizbeth Salazar has been internationally active in cycling since 2015, her successes are primarily achieved on the track. In 2015 she won a bronze medal in the team pursuit at the Pan American Games with Sofía Arreola , Ingrid Drexel and Mayra Rocha . The following year she became a three-time national champion.

In 2018 Salazar was successful in international competitions on the American continent: She became the Pan American champion in two-man team driving with Jessica Bonilla and won silver in the Omnium and in the team pursuit. At the Central American and Caribbean Games , she won four medals, two silver and two bronze.
