The cycling competitions at the 2015 Pan American Games in Toronto were held between July 10th and 25th, 2015 at four different competition locations. A total of 18 different competitions were on the program.

The BMX competitions took place in Centennial Park Pan Am BMX Center and the cross country races in Hardwood Ski and Bike in Oro-Medonte . The road races were held in downtown Toronto - start and finish was Exhibition Place - and the individual time trials around the Mattamy National Cycling Center in Milton . The Velodrome was the venue for the track cycling competitions.

The Colombian cyclist María Luisa Calle tested positive for doping after participating in the team pursuit . As a result, she did not go to the start of the individual pursuit to defend her title.
