Lo Chuen Tsung
Lo Chuen Tsung ( Chinese 盧 傳 淞 / 卢 传 淞 , Pinyin Lú Chuánsōng , Jyutping Lou 4 Cyun 4 sung 1 ; * October 8, 1963 ) is a table tennis player from Hong Kong . He was one of the best players in this country in the 1980s and 1990s.
Lo Chuen Tsung took part in eight world championships between 1985 and 2000 . He was most successful in 1985 when he was the only non-Chinese player to reach the semi-finals. Here he was defeated by the eventual world champion Jiang Jialiang . In 1988, 1992 and 1996 he qualified for the Summer Olympics where he was eliminated early.
Lo Chuen Tsung played for several European clubs. With the Belgian club ETTC Manage he took part in the ETTU Cup in the 1993/94 season . For many years he was also active in the French leagues, for example at Levallois UTT .
