LogyCom ( Russian Логиком ) is one of the largest retail companies in the field of computers and software in Kazakhstan , based in Almaty . It is listed on the Kazakh Stock Exchange .

The company operates 20 stores in major Kazakh cities, such as the capital Nur-Sultan (Astana until 2019) , Karagandy , Shymkent and Taras .

history

The LogyCom company was founded in 1992. A year later the LogyCom® trademark was registered. In 1994 a contract was signed with the American company Intel and in 1998 the first branch was opened in Almaty. Another branch in Astana followed in 2000.

The network of branches has been steadily expanded since 2003. In 2006 LogyCom launched the software product LogyCom ASTRUM . On September 4, 2007, the company went public on the Kazakh Stock Exchange .
