Lomas Ridge is a mountain ridge up to 3 km long in the southeast of the West Antarctic James Ross Island . With north-northwest-south-southeast orientation, it rises halfway between Jefford Point and Tortoise Hill .

The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named it in 1995 after Simon Andrew Lomas (* 1965), geologist of the British Antarctic Survey , who was involved in the exploration of this area between 1994 and 1995.
