The Lookout Nunatak is a nunatak in the north of the East Antarctic Victoria Land . In the Freyberg Mountains, it rises 10.5 km southeast of Monte Cassino in the middle of a glacier break above the Gallipoli Heights to the southwest .
The geologist P. J. Oliver of the New Zealand Antarctic Research Program named it so because the Nunatak served as a lookout point when the area was first explored between 1981 and 1982.
