Lotta Sjöberg

Lotta Sjöberg (* 1974 ) is a Swedish cartoonist and illustrator . She lives and works in Stockholm , is married and has three daughters.

She graduated from Konstfack (University of Design and Arts, Stockholm) in 2000 and has been drawing for Svenska Dagbladet , other magazines, advertising and school books for years .

In 2005 her first book '' Bebisbekännelser '' (Eng. "Baby Confessions") was published, which was also translated into Finnish and Norwegian. Another three books followed in 2011 and 2014.

Since 2009 Sjöberg has been running a Facebook group called “Family life - the true story”, on which members can publish photos of their untidy apartments and their imperfect family life. This is "a protest against the commercial housing industry in Sweden, which is crazy," said Sjöberg. The Facebook group has 44,000 members.
