Louis Gaudin (* 1882 ; † 1936 ) was a French poster artist and costume designer. Louis Gaudin signed his works with the pseudonym "Zig". In many of his works he followed the style of Art Deco .

He began his career in the United States , where he worked in the 1920s stage costumes for the Broadway issued musicals designed.

In the period from 1926 to 1932, Louis Gaudin created many posters for performances by Josephine Baker , Mistinguett , Maurice Chevalier , Sacha Guitry and other artists of the Parisian revue theaters .

He continued to design theatrical costumes and dresses for the Parisian fashion houses .
