Louis Kley

Louis Kley (* 1833 in Sens (Yonne) , France , † 1911 in Paris , France) was a French sculptor .

Life

Louis Kley was a student of Justien-Marie Lequien (1796-1881) and worked mainly in Paris. His work mainly includes sculptural representations such as statues, statuettes, medallions, reliefs and portrait busts of children, animals, mythological figures and allegories in Art Nouveau style , which he made from bronze and plaster of paris. Kley exhibited regularly at the Salon de Paris .
