Louise Edlind
Louise Edlind, also Louise Edlind-Friberg (born July 15, 1946 in Stockholm ) is a Swedish actress and politician .
Career
Edlind was best known for her role as Malin Melcherson in Astrid Lindgren's television series Holidays on Crow Island from 1964 and 1968. In 1971 she took on the role of Anna Ritter at the side of Steve McQueen in the film Le Mans . She starred in the Scandinavian television series Dødelig kjemi (1983) and in the Swedish television series Vänner och fiender (1996) and Mord im Mordsommer ( Morden i Sandhamn , 2010-2013).
In 2006, Edlind held a seat in the Swedish parliament for the Folkpartiet liberalerna , having previously been a member of various committees.
