Louisenfeld

Louisenfeld is a hamlet between the Mecklenburg Lake District and Mecklenburg Switzerland , about 15 km northwest of Waren (Müritz) . The village is located on the southern edge of the Mecklenburg Switzerland and Kummerower See nature reserve .

From an administrative point of view, Louisenfeld is part of the Grabowhöfe community and has about 60 inhabitants. In addition to the former manor house and the smaller houses next to it, there are some free-standing courtyards.

Louisenfeld is a "young" village. It was the first time in 1878 in the State calendar of Mecklenburg-Schwerin as Louis Field called. Before there was only one dairy at Grabowhöfe .
