Lovelhe is a place and a former municipality ( freguesia ) in northern Portugal .

Lovelhe belongs to the district of Vila Nova de Cerveira in the district of Viana do Castelo . The municipality had an area of ​​3.4 km² and has 443 inhabitants (as of June 30, 2011).

On September 29, 2013, the municipalities of Lovelhe and Vila Nova de Cerveira merged to form the new municipality of União das Freguesias de Vila Nova de Cerveira e Lovelhe .
