Lower King is a district of Albany in the Australian state of Western Australia .
The place is in the north of Albany. The name goes back to the discoverer Phillip Parker King .

Lower King is about 9.5 kilometers north of downtown on Oyster Harbor .
The district is bordered by Kalgan to the north, King River to the west , and Bayonet Head to the south .
The town of Lower King has about 3.7 kilometers of shore on Oyster Harbor. In the village, the King River also flows into Oyster Harbor. At the confluence are the headlands Point Henty and Point Woore . Shell Bay and Parker Bay are also located in the village .
