Lu Shuitian

Lu Shuitian ( Chinese  卢 水田 , Pinyin Lú Shuǐtián ; * 1894 in Rongcheng , Shandong Province , Empire of China ; † 1978 ) was a Chinese martial artist and master of the Baguazhang .

Lu Shuitian brought the baguazhang to Korea during the Sino-Japanese War . His style is passed on today from his master student Park Bok Nam in North America. The style is not a closed system and does not contain any classical forms, but teaches the intuitive and improvised use of techniques.

Lu Shuitian was best known for his masterful use of the knife.
