Luca Antonini (born August 4, 1982 in Milan , Italy ) is an Italian football player . He plays in defense. For a long time it was awarded by AC Milan to various smaller clubs such as AC Arezzo or FC Empoli .

At the end of August 2013, Antonini switched to CFC Genoa . In return, Valter Birsa moved to Milan.

On August 6, 2010, Antonini was appointed by Cesare Prandelli in the squad of the Italian senior team for the international match against Ivory Coast on August 10, 2010. But it was not used there.
