Lucas Fernandes (born April 24, 1994 in União dos Palmares , Alagoas ) is a Brazilian football player . The right foot is under contract with Fluminense Rio de Janeiro . The striker is currently on loan to league rivals Athletico Paranaense .

Career

Fernandes received his football training from Fluminense Rio de Janeiro, among others . Here he did not make the leap into the professional squad initially. The player was loaned for the 2015 season to gain experience.

Fernandes played his first professional game with Bonsucesso FC in the Rio de Janeiro national championship . On February 4, 2015 played from the start against Bangu AC until the 72nd minute. He also scored his first professional goal on March 25, 2015 in the state championship against Madureira EC in the 61st minute to make it 0-1 (final score 1: 1). During his time at Bonsucesso, he played 11 games in the state championship and scored one goal.

After the national championship Fernandez was awarded to the Luverdense EC . With this he played his first game in the league. In Série B he played on May 31, 2015 against the Macaé EFC . In the game he was substituted on in the 73rd minute. The player scored the first league goal on September 30, 2015 in the 62nd minute to the 0-1 final score against Ceará SC . At the end of the season he left the club for Avaí FC . With this he started the 2016 season. After a total of 28 games and three goals in various competitions, FLU awarded him to Athletico Paranaense . Here he played in Série A in 2016, returned to FLU in 2017 for games in the state championship and the Primeira Liga, in order to contest the championship again on loan from Athletico Paranaense.

In 2018 Fernandes was loaned to Paraná Clube directly for the games in the state championship . For the championship round, the player then had to switch to EC Vitória , to which he was loaned until the end of the season. Fernandes played no role in FLU's plans for 2019 either and was loaned out again. He went to Japan for a year to the Hokkaido Consadole Sapporo . The contract with FLU expires at the end of 2019. Fernandes played his first competitive game for Sapporo in the J1 League . On February 22, 2019, the first day of the 2019 season , he was substituted on in the 76th minute of the away game against Shonan Bellmare . He scored his first goal for the club in the J. League Cup , the Japanese league cup . His club met Shonan Bellmare again in a group game on May 21, 2019. In the game Fernandes was in the starting line-up and scored the 1-0 opening goal in the 39th minute (final score -2-2). Fernandes scored a goal in the league on matchday 30, November 1, 2019. In the home game against Nagoya Grampus , he scored in the 86th minute to make it 3-0. At the end of the championship, his club finished tenth.
