Luciano Winderling

Luciano Winderling (* 1938 in Genoa ; † 2006 ) was an Italian table tennis player . In the 1950s and 1960s he took part in five world championships and two European championships .

successes

Luciano Winderling won a total of 15 titles at national Italian championships, five in singles (1957,1968,1962,1963,1966), six in doubles, two in mixed and two with the Genoa team.

From 1955 to 1965 he took part in five world championships , but never came close to medal ranks. He was nominated twice for European championships . In total, he came to 54 appointments in the national team.

Musician

Luciano Winderling played guitar in various musical groups. He performed at the Teatro Carlo Felice in Genoa.
