Lucie Horsch (* 1999 in Amsterdam ) is a Dutch recorder player .

Life

Lucie Horsch is the daughter of two professional musicians. At the age of five she started taking flute lessons from Rob Reek at the Amsterdam Music School . In 2011 she began her studies at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam with Walter van Hauwe . She also studied piano, first with Marjés Benoist and later with Jan Wijn. She has given concerts with orchestras such as the Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra , the Academy of Ancient Music and, for example, at the Mecklenburg-Vorpommern Festival , the Rheingau Music Festival and the Innsbruck Festival of Early Music . In 2014 she represented the Netherlands at the Eurovision Young Musicians .
