Lucien Erb
Martin Lucien Erb (born April 26, 1887 in Paris , † April 11, 1972 in Aulnay-sous-Bois ) was a French racing driver .
Career
Lucien Erb took part in the first Le Mans 24 hour race . In 1923 he drove a works SARA ATS with partner Robert Battagliola to 30th place overall. In the two following years he also competed in the race for the car manufacturer from Courbevoie . After a retirement in 1924 , he finished the race in 1925 in tenth place overall.
He was also at the start of the Spa-Francorchamps 24-hour race in 1925 and, with Gaston Mottet as team partner, came 25th in the final standings.
