Career in motorsport

In 1978 he started with little experience as a circuit racing driver - up to then Rossiaud was mainly active as a hill climber - at the 24-hour race of Le Mans and achieved a surprising eleventh place in the final classification as well as a victory in the class for sports cars up to 2 liter displacement. In the 1980s he was involved in a number of races in the sports car world championship , started in Le Mans for the second time in 1986 and ended his active career in 1987 after the 1000 km race at the Nürburgring .
Entrepreneur
In 1981 Rossiaud opened a Peugeot dealership and workshop in Douvaine . A few years after moving to Aubonne , he sold the Peugeot workshop and converted the old stables into a special workshop in which historic racing cars are still being restored.
