Lucius Ceionius Commodus (Consul 106)

Lucius Ceionius Commodus was a Roman politician and senator at the turn of the 1st to the 2nd century AD.

Commodus came from Etruria . His father of the same name had been consul in 78 . The younger Commodus was married to Plautia; the son of this marriage, which also named Lucius Ceionius Commodus was later by Emperor Hadrian adopted and under the name of Lucius Aelius Caesar to Caesar appointed.

In 106 Commodus became full consul with Sextus Vettulenus Civica Cerialis , who later married Plautia. His further career is unknown.
