Lucky Air ( Chinese 祥 鹏 航空公司 ) is a Chinese regional airline based in Kunming and based at Kunming Wujiaba International Airport .

history

The airline was founded as Shilin Airlines in July 2004. Shortly after it was founded, the HNA Group and its subsidiaries invested in the airline and renamed it Lucky Air even before flight operations began on February 26, 2006. Lucky Air is considered a subsidiary of the HNA Group, as it owns the majority stake in Lucky Air.

Lucky Air is a member of the U-FLY Alliance .
