Ludeke Lueneburg

Ludeke Lüneburg (* ~ 1498 in Lübeck ; † June 12, 1539 there ) was a councilor of the Hanseatic city of Lübeck.

Life

Ludeke Lüneburg was the son of the Lübeck citizen Joachim Lüneburg († 1529). The councilor Johann Lüneburg († 1531) was his older brother. Since 1525 both belonged to the patrician circle society in Lübeck. After the resignation of Jürgen Wullenwever and his supporters and the return of the first mayor Nikolaus Brömse , Ludeke Lüneburg was elected to the Lübeck council on September 21, 1535 .

He was married to Margarethe (or Mette), a daughter of councilor Berthold Kerkring . They had two sons, Joachim and Bernhard. His grandson was Johann Lüneburg († 1619) .
