Ludwig Constantin Tichy

Ludwig Constantin Tichy (* 1815 , † after 1867) was a Prussian administrative lawyer and district administrator in the Graudenz district (1850–1877).

Life

Tichy graduated with a degree in law and camera science . From 1836 he was an auscultator . From 1839 he worked in the administration of the governments in Potsdam , Breslau and Opole . From 1846 he worked as a government assessor in Bromberg . From 1850 on an interim basis and from 1851 to 1877, Tichy served as district administrator in Graudenz , Province of Prussia .
