Ludwig Freyseng

Ludwig Freyseng (* 1868 ; † 1943 ) was a German administrative lawyer .

Life

After passing the state examination and subsequent legal traineeship, Freyseng worked as a magistrate in the judicial administration of Alsace-Lorraine . From 1909 to 1916 he was mayor of Gebweiler in Alsace . In 1920 he was appointed as Councilor to the Prefect of the Province of Saxony in Magdeburg appointed. From 1922 to 1928 he served as government vice-president at the regional council in Magdeburg. In 1928 he returned to the senior executive committee in Magdeburg as vice president. In 1930 he was appointed District President of Erfurt .

In the course of the dismissal of the Prussian state government Braun-Severing ( Preussenschlag ), he was put up for disposition by the Papen government in July 1932 and replaced by Friedrich Bachmann .
