Ludwig Holle (* 29. June 1888 in Hoxter , † 1972 ) was a German jurist and Mining - Manager .

Life

Ludwig Holle was born as the son of the later Prussian Minister of Education, Ludwig Holle . In 1907 he graduated from high school in Berlin. He studied law at the universities of Göttingen, Freiburg and Bonn. In 1908, like his father, he became a member of the Corps Bremensia Göttingen . In Bonn he passed the 1st state examination in 1910 and was awarded a Dr. jur. PhD . He took part in the First World War from 1914 to 1918 as a lieutenant in the reserve . He was awarded the Iron Cross, 2nd and 1st class. From 1919 he was a government assessor , most recently at the Recklinghausen district office , before moving to Gelsenkirchener Bergwerks-AG in Essen in October 1921 . There he became authorized signatory in 1924 and mine director and deputy board member in 1926 . He later became a member of the board of the Rheinisch-Westfälischen Kohlen-Syndikats (RWKS) .

Holle was a board member of the Lippe-Genossenschaft and a member of the supervisory board of Schillerwerk AG in Essen and Dortmunder Grundstücke AG .

After the Second World War , from 1945 to 1964 he was the liquidator of the Rhenish-Westphalian Coal Syndicate and was a member of the supervisory boards of several companies in the Ruhr area.
