Ludwig Küster (lawyer)

Ludwig Küster (born June 2, 1928 in Mönchengladbach ; † February 24, 2014 ) was a German lawyer and judge at the Federal Social Court .

Life

Ludwig Küster began studying law at the University of Cologne in 1947 . In June 1952 he passed the first and in October 1956 the second state law examination.

From November 1956 to May 1958 he was a research assistant at the Regional Social Court of North Rhine-Westphalia and at the Social Court in Düsseldorf . By the end of 1960, he was seconded to the Federal Social Court as a research assistant. He was appointed government assessor in 1958, the government councilor in March 1961. In 1961 Küster moved to the Duisburg Social Court, and in 1965 he moved to the North Rhine-Westphalia Regional Social Court.

On July 29, 1970 Küster was appointed judge at the Federal Social Court. He was a member of the 2nd Senate responsible for matters relating to statutory accident insurance .

Küster retired in April 1987.

Ludwig Küster died on February 24, 2014 at the age of 85.
