The Düsseldorf Social Court is a social justice court . The court is one of eight social courts in North Rhine-Westphalia and is based in Düsseldorf .

The court building of the Düsseldorf Social Court is located at Ludwig-Erhard-Allee 21 .

Judicial district and higher courts

The Düsseldorf Social Court is locally responsible for the cities of Düsseldorf , Krefeld , Leverkusen , Mönchengladbach , Remscheid , Solingen and Wuppertal as well as the districts of Mettmann , Rhein-Kreis Neuss and Viersen . It keeps in Krefeld, Mönchengladbach, Solingen and Wuppertal court days off. The factual jurisdiction results from the Social Court Act .

At the state level, the North Rhine-Westphalia State Social Court in Essen is the higher-level court. The Federal Social Court in Kassel is superordinate to this.
