The Cologne Social Court is locally responsible for the cities of Cologne and Bonn , the Oberbergischer Kreis , the Rheinisch-Bergischer Kreis , the Rhein-Sieg-Kreis , the Rhein-Erft-Kreis and the Euskirchen District . It keeps in Bonn, Euskirchen , Gummersbach and Siegburg court days off. The factual jurisdiction results from the Social Court Act .
At the state level, the North Rhine-Westphalia State Social Court in Essen is the higher-level court. The Federal Social Court in Kassel is superordinate to this.
