Dortmund Social Court

The Dortmund Social Court is a social justice court . The court is one of eight social courts in North Rhine-Westphalia and has its seat in Dortmund .

Judicial district and higher courts

The Dortmund Social Court is locally responsible for the cities of Bochum , Dortmund , Hagen and Hamm as well as for the Ennepe-Ruhr-Kreis , Hochsauerlandkreis , Märkischer Kreis , Olpe , Siegen-Wittgenstein , Soest and Unna districts. It keeps in Altena , Arnsberg , Bochum, Hagen, Hamm, Meschede , victories and Soest court days off. The factual jurisdiction results from the Social Court Act .

At the state level, the North Rhine-Westphalia State Social Court in Essen is the higher-level court. The Federal Social Court in Kassel is superordinate to this.
