Social Court Aachen

The Aachen Social Court is a social justice court . The court is one of eight social courts in North Rhine-Westphalia and is based in Aachen .

The court building of the Aachen Social Court is located at Adalbertsteinweg 92 .

Judicial district and higher courts

The Aachen Social Court is locally responsible for the Aachen city region and the Düren and Heinsberg districts. The factual jurisdiction results from the Social Court Act .

At the state level, the North Rhine-Westphalia State Social Court in Essen is the higher-level court. The Federal Social Court in Kassel is superordinate to this.
