Ludwig Krug (judge)

Ludwig Krug (born April 3, 1869 in Mainz , † December 15, 1943 ) was a German judge .

Life

From 1891 he was in the judicial service of Hessen-Darmstadt . In 1895 he received his doctorate and was a court assessor. In 1899 he was promoted to the public prosecutor in Mainz. In 1901 he became a district judge , in 1903 a district judge. In 1908 Krug was promoted to district judge at the district court of the Rheinhessen province in Mainz. In 1921 he was appointed higher regional judge and came as an assistant judge at the Reichsgericht and the Staatsgerichtshof for the protection of the republic . In 1922 he became a Reich judge. He was in the I. Criminal Senate and III. Civil Senate active. In 1935 he retired.
