Ludwig Renger

Ludwig Renger (born March 10, 1813 ; † January 26, 1905 in Tetschen ) was a German-Austrian lawyer and member of the Frankfurt National Assembly .

Life

Renger studied law at the Universities of Prague and Vienna . After graduating as Dr. jur. in Vienna (1841) he settled in Tetschen as a lawyer and notary. He was a member and chairman of the district assembly in Tetschen and belonged to the local savings bank association.

From July 4, 1848 to April 29, 1849 Renger was a member of the Frankfurt National Assembly ( Augsburger Hof ). He voted against the election of Friedrich Wilhelm IV as Emperor of the Germans.
