Life

meaning

Ludwig Schmidl's works show a remarkable architectural quality and also show a considerable bandwidth, which ranges from residential buildings to hotels and schools to industrial buildings. Stylistically, he created both late historical buildings, especially villas in the Heimat style , but also residential buildings that approximated the aesthetics of the Wiener Werkstätte . His factory buildings combined aesthetic appearance with functional requirements.
