Ludwig Steffens
Ludwig Steffens (born March 1, 1930 in Cologne ) is a German urologist .
Life
Steffens studied medicine at University of Würzburg and the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-University of Bonn , 1956 he was in Bonn with a thesis on atypical bile operations for Dr. med. PhD . In 1980 he completed his habilitation with the text cryotherapy of urological tumors , later professor in Bonn. From 1963 until his retirement in 1995, Ludwig Steffens was chief physician at the Clinic for Urology and Pediatric Urology at the St. Antonius Hospital Eschweiler . He was u. a. active as an aviation doctor.
Steffens was involved in the German Society for Urology. He is an honorary member of the North Rhine-Westphalian Society for Urology.
He has been a member of the Catholic student association KDSt.V. since 1952 . Franco-Raetia zu Würzburg and the KDSt.V. Novesia Bonn in the Cartell Association (CV) .
