Ludwigsturm

The Ludwigsturm is a 15 meter high sandstone observation tower on the southern flank of the summit plateau of the Blättersberg in the Haardt , the eastern edge of the Palatinate Forest at an altitude of 604.9  m above sea level. NHN . It is located in the immediate vicinity of Rietburg on the district of Rhodt unter Rietburg and was built in 1889 by the Edenkoben beautification association. It was named after the Bavarian King Ludwig I. It is classified as a cultural monument.
