Aviation law

Aviation law , also known as aviation law or aviation law , refers to the area of law that deals with laws , ordinances and other legal issues in aviation .

International aviation law

International agreements apply if several countries are affected, for example when using foreign airspace or landing rights:

Air traffic between states is also largely regulated on the basis of bilateral air traffic agreements. In these agreements, the contracting states grant each other specific and precisely described traffic rights ( freedoms of the air ), which are left to the airlines they designate for commercial use.

National law

When it comes to the interests of a state, such as air sovereignty , national law initially applies.
