Luis Siri

Luis Mario Siri Lopez (born February 11, 1982 or November 2, 1982 ) is a Uruguayan modern pentathlon .

The 1.83 meter tall Siri was named Uruguayan Champion of the Year 2002 by the Uruguayan Ministry of Sports in the triathlon of the modern pentathlon. Siri competed at the Pan American Championships in Buenos Aires in October 2005 and finished the competition as 21st. At the Pan-American NORCECA Championships in July of the following year in Mexico, he was 25th. This was followed in July 2007 by a 26th place at the CISM MP Championships in Rio de Janeiro .

Siri took part with the Uruguayan team in the 2007 Pan American Games and finished the competition in 19th place. At the Pan American Games in 2011 he was also part of the Uruguayan squad and finished 22nd in the competition there. At this event he also set his current personal best with a yield of 3660 points. In the same year he placed 32nd at the World Military Games in Rio de Janeiro . At the 2014 South American Games in Chile , he was also part of the Uruguayan team. In the same year he also started at the Pan American Championships . In 2015 he was a member of the Uruguayan squad at the 2015 Pan American Games in Toronto. There he finished 23rd.
