career

Geiselsöder, who grew up in Burgoberbach , moved to BG Donau-Ries in 2015 , where she became a colleague of her sister Laura . In the 2019/20 season, the 1.92-meter indoor player achieved an average of 18.6 points, and her total of 390 points this season meant the third-best value in the women's basketball league . She was then recognized by the specialist portal eurobasket.com as the best center player of the 2019/20 Bundesliga season.

In mid-April 2020, Geiselsöder was presented as a new addition to the French first division side Landerneau Bretagne Basket. In the WNBA Draft 2020 they secured the Dallas Wings in 21st place the rights to the German, who had already chosen their national team colleague Satou Sabally in second place.

At the U16 European Championship in Italy in August 2016 , Geiselsöder was the best thrower for the Germans with 14.7 points per match. In the course of the B-European championships for the U18 age group in August 2017, which took place in Ireland , she was the second best German scorer to score 16.4 points per use and 10.1 rebounds per match. In August 2018 Geiselsöder became U18 European champion with the German selection , she had averaged 11.3 points per game in seven games during the tournament. She was part of Germany's squad at the U19 World Cup held in Thailand in July 2019 and had an average of 13.9 points per use. That was the highest value of all German players.
