The Evangelical St. Luke Church in the Namibian capital Windhoek was built by the Rhenish Mission in 1908. It is one of the three churches of the German-speaking Evangelical Lutheran Church in Namibia (DELK) in Windhoek.
The church interior is around 16 × 8 meters in size and holds around 150 people. The church was built for a so-called "shipyard" in Klein-Windhoek ; a settlement to which the native black population was forcibly resettled by the German colonial rulers.
Today (as of June 2020) various events, including concerts and weddings, as well as regular Taizé devotions and church services take place in the Lukaskirche .
