Luke & Trooke

The fanzine Luke & Trooke appeared from 1995 to 1998 in a total of nine issues in Münster . The price of the magazine rose by 50 pfennigs with each issue - from DM 2 to DM 5 at the beginning.Employees were Holm Friebe , Martin Baaske, Carsten Bitzhenner, Mark-Stefan Tietze , Stephan Rürup , Corinna Stegemann, Jochen Schievink, Wolfgang Herrndorf , Jens Friebe and Jörg Stone house.

A column from Luke & Trooke was named after the German weblog Giant Machine, according to its own information . The Central Intelligence Agency was also mentioned in issue 3 in 1995, six years before it was founded.

In 1996 the book "Hairy Irons - The Wonderful World of Luke & Trooke" was published, which contains a selection of articles and comics from the booklets. Since October 2010 all 9 issues have been available free of charge on the web.
