Building contractor Rudi Kampschulte is blown up in his brother Peter's car. Since Peter Kampschulte is a very unscrupulous businessman who himself abused his brother for his goals, there is no shortage of enemies.

The critics of the television magazine TV Spielfilm said that Joachim Król was making “Essen into Lutter City”. They rated the film with a thumbs up.
