Timo Dierkes
Timo Dierkes (born June 10, 1967 in Ibbenbüren ) is a German actor , singer , disc jockey and quiz master.
Life
After studying at the Max Reinhardt Seminar in Vienna, Timo Dierkes went to the Bayerisches Staatsschauspiel / Residenztheater in Munich, where he could be seen in well over thirty roles in six years. From 2001 to 2005 he was a member of the ensemble of the Deutsches Theater zu Berlin , where he also developed and staged various formats of his own, such as the show: Teddy Tee & The DeeDooWoppers Feat. The Christels & Kapelle - Bringing back the DooWop , the musical evening: D-Mission - Gesänge für Die Ewigkeit and a quiz show called Quiz'it . In 2019 he played the SPD politician Sigmar Gabriel in the TV film Die Grittenen based on the book of the same name by Robin Alexander .
As a disc jockey Timo Dierkes is known to many under the name The TeeDeeJay .
