For Lilly Heiden it's been extremely successful professionally. After setting up her own catering company, she constantly receives new orders. She is also happy in her private life. She soon moves in with her boyfriend, sports presenter Christian. Together they will live in the best location in a wonderful old building. But a little morning sickness and a pregnancy test confirm that she will have a baby soon. She herself is happy. Christian, however, grabs panic. He doesn't want the child. So Lilly breaks up with him. This also causes the joint move to burst.

But Lilly does not stay alone for long and the threat of homelessness is quickly avoided with a new apartment. Her new neighbor and landlord Ulli König soon begins to ensnare the woman. Not only does he court her, he also makes her understand that he would like to take care of the child Lilly is expecting.
