Dana Golombek (born July 12, 1970 in Brandenburg an der Havel ) is a German actress and singer .

life and career

Dana Golombek is the daughter of the opera director Helmut von Senden and grew up in Schenkenberg ( Brandenburg-Land district ). She attended Polytechnic High School in Jeserig and made in 1989 on the Extended Secondary School in Ziesar her high school .

Golombek worked at various opera houses where her father worked as a director and wanted to become an actress even as a child. Her grandfather was also a singer and actor. Her half-brother, the rock and opera singer Manuel von Senden , was also a role model for her. Nevertheless, in 1989 she began to study German and art as a teacher at the Humboldt University in Berlin .

After completing her undergraduate studies, she began her career as a model and actress. In addition, she moderated the weather for a short time on “ Sat.1 Breakfast TV ”, at that time still “Good morning with SAT.1”. So she became Miss Brandenburg in 1991 . In 1992 she had her first international film role alongside Anthony Hopkins and Isabella Rossellini in John Schlesinger ... and the sky stands still and then took private acting lessons. Golombek played in various German television films and series . She became known to a larger audience as Stefanie in the RTL series Die Camper .

As a jazz and chanson singer , Golombek could be seen with her program SIE la vie in various jazz clubs, where, as a difference to her acting career, she appeared under the name Dana Golombek von Senden .

From 2011 to 2012, Golombek played in a campaign for the Ferrero company for Nutella . From April 2017 to January 2018 Golombek took on one of the leading roles as Sigrid Claasen in the 14th season of the ARD telenovela Rote Rosen .

Dana Golombek has a daughter from a previous relationship. From 2012 to 2020 she lived with the actor Christoph M. Ohrt in Berlin . In February 2020, the couple announced their split.
