Lutz von der Heide

Lutz von der Heide (born April 2, 1948 in Braunschweig ) is a German politician ( CDU ).

Life

Von der Heide attended elementary schools in Broistedt and Hanover . After finishing school, he began an apprenticeship in wholesale and foreign trade at Bayer AG in Hanover and Leverkusen . After successfully completing his apprenticeship, he began working as a correspondent. Before he took on responsibility for sales in the Bayer sales office in Hanover for the inorganic and organic chemistry sector, he completed his 18-month military service. Von der Heide became a member of the CDU in 1981. He was also a member of the management of the Association for Further Education in the Chemical Industry Lower Saxony e. V. in Hanover. He also became a member of the board of the Rationalization Board of Trustees of German Business. V. (RKW) elected in the Lower Saxony regional group.

Public offices

Between 1981 and 1988 he was a member of the local council of Dollbergen and from 1981 to 1986 deputy mayor. In 1986 he became a councilor of the community of Uetze and was chairman of the CDU / FDP group. Von der Heide became a member of the Lower Saxony state parliament for the first time in the twelfth electoral period from June 21, 1990 to June 20, 1994 . He was a member of the state parliament until the end of the fourteenth electoral term. In 2002 he was defeated by Ursula von der Leyen in a ballot for the election of the CDU constituency and withdrew from politics. There had been disputes in 2001 over an invalid vote for the first candidate list. In these disputes, the Bildzeitung in particular took a stand for his opponent and accused him of intrigues, even though the vote was initially judged to be his and not her disadvantage.
