Lycia and Pamphylia
Lycia et Pamphylia was a Roman province in Asia Minor .
The province was established under Vespasian around AD 74 , after Lycia was founded as an imperial province in AD 43 . Until then, Pamphylia belonged to the province of Galatia (since 25 BC). Before (from 102/101 BC) the Pamphylian-East Lycian coast belonged to the province of Cilicia ; after its dissolution around 44 BC A part of Pamphylia belonged to the province of Asia . Of Hadrian and Antoninus Pius double Province was Pisidia added. Under Marcus Aurelius it was divided senatorially and between 311 and 325 and assigned to the Dioecesis Asiana .
