Lyn Jacenko

Lyn Jacenko (actually Lynette Marie Jacenko, nee Tillett; born August 15, 1953 ) is a former Australian long jumper .

At the 1972 Olympic Games in Munich, she was eliminated in the long jump in qualification and came in 16th in the pentathlon .

In 1974 she was fifth at the British Commonwealth Games in Christchurch , and in 1977 she won the Athletics World Cup in Düsseldorf .

At the Commonwealth Games in Edmonton in 1978 , she was eighth in the long jump and won bronze with the Australian team in the 4-by-100-meter relay . In 1979 she was seventh at the World Cup in Montreal .

Her personal best of 6.70 m she set on March 18, 1978 in Brisbane .

She was four times Australian champion in long jump (1972, 1977-1979) and once in pentathlon (1972).
