The MÁV XIIc were tank locomotives of the Hungarian state railways MÁV .

The three machines were for the construction of Lviv-Chernivtsi-Jassy Railway of the construction company Brassey in the locomotive factory of StEG ordered. They were given the numbers 1-3.

The dimensions of the vehicles were modest. What was noticeable, however, was the water tank at the top of the boiler.

One of the machines was still used as a construction locomotive, but two came to the MÁV in 1883/84, which gave them to the Kaschau-Oderberger Bahn (KsOd) in 1894 for operation on the Spišské Vlachy - Spišské Podhradie line . They should not have received their own KsOd designation.
