Forward 90 Berlin - Märkischer football champion Gauliga 1903
The Brandenburg football championship 1902/03 was the second under the Märkischen Football Association (MFB), this season under the name Berlin Football Association discharged, Brandenburg football championship . A total of three competitions were played, the Series III of the diploma games, the Gauliga and a hat tournament held as a cup. The master of the MFB was not allowed to take part in the German soccer championship 1902/03 , however, the DFB decided that the association of Berlin ball game clubs competing with the MFB would provide the Berlin participant.
Due to the increasing number of clubs, a Gauliga was played in 1903 in four regional groups with a total of 18 teams. Their winners then played out the champions in a final round . The following table statuses have been handed down:
Nineteen teams took part in this tournament, in which the four regional gaume masters previously involved in the final round were not allowed to take part. After the game, the referee believes that the best player on each team receives an honorary cap. The winner of the tournament will receive 11 honor caps.
